The system is designed to be a one-person operation, allowing the tarp to be opened and closed effortlessly, even after years of use. Having said this, we have customers however who made automatic solutions for our system.

Yes, the Netcap sliding tarp system comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. We guarantee the quality of the delivered product.

The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. If the product is found to be defective, Netcap chooses to repair, replace or credit (part of) the invoice. Repair or recovery costs incurred without prior consultation with Netcap, will never be compensated. Damage caused by incorrect use, bad maintenance or wrong installation is not covered by the warranty.
